CDMA, or Code Division Multiple Access, is one of two dominant global cell phone standards.
CDMA is most commonly found in North America and some parts of Asia, while GSM is found in most other places. However, the distinction between the two technologies is largely irrelevant in 4G phones, since both can be used with the both of the main standards used with 4G phones.
CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) employs spread-spectrum technology and a special coding scheme (where each transmitter is assigned a code) to allow multiple users to be multiplexed over the same physical channel. With CDMA technology, data and voice packets are separated using codes and then transmitted using a wide frequency range.
The CDMA Wireless model set consists of Enterprise, Business Area, and Data Warehouse logical data models specifically designed for companies providing or reselling CDMA wireless products and services.
The CDMA WIRELESS industry data models provide a comprehensive data and reporting architecture to support the needs of the entire business.
